Overall, the hotel had a clean and comfortable atmosphere, with very friendly staff that helped make my stay more pleasant. However, it was disappointing that the advertised amenities, like the hot breakfast buffet and pool, were unavailable during my stay. The convenience of the location added value, but the confusion with the room access left me feeling uneasy about security.
